Having superpowers can really mess you up

To launch Netflix’s Umbrella Academy, the story of a dysfunctional family of superheroes, we decided to give some of South Africa’s own super influencers the chance to experience life with actual superpowers. However, just like in the Umbrella Academy, it’s not all that it’s cracked up to be. Each film was made to mirror the influencers’ own content styles and was released on their respective channels, so fans wouldn’t suspect a thing.
